This is an opportunity to minister to people recovering from addiction and brokenness, and to be an example of Godly living. You will be involved in the creation and production of an artistic performance. There will also be opportunities to work with children and/or to serve in the weekly church services, i.e. as a part of the worship team, sound tech, visuals, etc.

Our arts group is based in Birmingham, England, so most of your time will be spent in our headquarters and in one of the community houses. We sometimes travel to other parts of the country, depending on the project we’re working on.

We recommend 3-12 months, with starting dates set by university/college terms: starting in February, June, and September. Join us for a summer break or a full gap year!

As this is a joint ministry and creative internship, we believe Christians studying or in the creative industry would be the best fit and benefit the most. Also, as there could be some rather physical aspects of the work we are looking for 18-30+ year olds. If you’re interested but don’t feel you fit these requirements, contact us and we can give you more details; we’re flexible!
-
The internship is completely free! Lodging, food, and transport to and from work are all covered. We only ask that you pay for the initial and final travel to and from the ministry and any extra spending you may want to do once you’re here.

2023 2-Week Internship Recap
We are still floored by the wonderful success of last year’s 2-week taster! In 10 days our team wrote, produced, rehearsed, and performed a completely original hour-long piece. We were blown away by the dedication and creativity of this group. Many thanks and well done to our amazing team and our very first interns! See below for pictures from that show.
